Yet again, it's been awhile since we have posted because of sickness. Maddy still is fighting a cold, but luckily at this point has not turned to an ear infection. She does seem to be doing a little better today, so we decided to take advantage of the 44 degree weather and go out and actually try sledding since we haven't had a chance to get out at all this winter! She wasn't quite sure what to think and after about the 10th trip around, she finally decided that she kind of liked it, but by then it was about time to come inside. Here are some pictures of Daddy pulling Maddy on the sled.
After we were done on the sled Daddy put Maddy in the snow and let her sit for awhile. Daddy even took off her glove so she could touch it!
We did get Maddy's 8 month pictures back and I know some people have had a hard time accessing them, so here is my account information so you can hopefully see them.

I can't really tell if she liked it or not!! Maybe there is a smile under that pacifier! Maybe it's the parents that got a bigger charge out of finally being able to let Maddy play (or Lay!) in the snow. You're good parents Nathan and Jamie!
